Smith Engaged For Stipulate
(NZ.P.A.-Reuter) SYDNEY, Feb. 20. The leading jockey, W. A. Smith, who rode with great success in New Zealand, has been engaged to ride champion New Zealand stayer Stipulate in the Sydney Cup and other important autumn races.
