Inquiry Into Fall
An inquiry into foe accident involving Courtella (G. D. Jtoble) and Lillian’s Star (M. Holmes) was held after the Herewood Handicap at Addington yesterday.
It was found that Lillian’s Star broke and rtlfflbed on to Jourtella’S sulky, tipping out Noble. No further abtlOn was taken.
Noble suffered Slight bruising. After foe Canterbury Park Stakes, T. M. May, foe driver of Aerobee, was questioned about foe breaking of foe mare soon after foe start. It Was found she broke free of interference and came back on to Sirrah. The drivers M. Holmes. D. D. Nyhan, and G. R. Hofe 'were questioned about foe breaking of Willycan wifo about five furlongs to go in foei Summer Stakes. It was found that Sara Black was boring badly and her driver, D. D. Nyhan, was unable to keep her off Willycan. Nd f ufoer action was taken.
