COONEY, Principal Rural Fire Officer, DAROELD 3412 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION AND SALE OF LAND PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 18 of the Reserves and Domains Act, 1953, it is hereby publicly notified that it is the. intention of tile Christchurch City Council at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 20th day of March, to consider, and, if approved, to pass a resolution consenting to the revocation of the reservation over an area of 32 perches of land being Part Reserve 1816 and requesting the Honourable the Minister of to revoke the reservation of such land and to declare it to be available for disposal by way of sale by private treaty. This refers to a narrow strip of land at Thomson Park at the north-eastern corner of Rawhiti Domain which it is proposed to sell to the owner of the adjoining property to permit the installation of a connexion to the sewer.
