Olympic Games Levy On Sport Suggested
(N.Z. Pres* Assn—Copyright) SYDNEY, February 14. A threepence surcharge on admission tickets to all sporting fixtures was suggested today as a means of raising money to send Australia's team to the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games.
Mr W. J. Young, secretary of the Australian Cyclists’ Asssociation, and an Olympic official, will submit his idea to the New South Wales Olympic Council on February 23.
