Car Converters Gaoled
(RZ. Press Association) DUNEDIN, February 14. He had no Intention of showing the slightest leniency to car converters. Mid Mr J. D. Willis, SML in the Magistrate’s Court today when Bryan James Adams, aged 21, John Frederick Toogood. aged 21, and Peter Granae Eden, aged 22, all workmen, appeared for sentence on charges of conversion and thefts from cars. Adams was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment and Eden and Toogood to one month.
