ENGINEERING STUDENTS PLEASE NOTE: Students entering classes in Engineering subjects OF THE PROFESSIONAL YEARS who have not completed enrolment by post report directly to the Bursar, School of Engineering, Rlecarton, to enrol, and then to the Registry to pay fees. (Fees are paid in the University Hall, Worcester street, during enrolment week). FINE ARTS STUDENTS Will commence enrolment at the School of Art, 108 Ham road, and will complete this by paying fees in the University Hall Worcester street. IMPORTANT: Every student must enrol on due date. Enrolment after such date may be accepted if toe enrolment procedure is followed and if the prescribed fees, together with the enrolment fee of £lO, are accepted by the Registaar. The enrolment fee cannot be claimed on a bursary* or scholarship and bursars and scholars who enrol after due date will be required to pay the enrolment fee in cash. In exceptional cases the enrolment fee may be refunded if an explanation of the reason* for late enrolment is made in writing to and is approved by the Professorial Board. ENROLMENT PROCEDURE All students except Fine Arts students must report in the first instance as follows: First-year Students—Room 41 in the East Block: Other than First-year Students —Room G2 in toe Geography Block to collect enrolment instructions and all relevant forms. Fine Arts students will commence enrolment at the School of Art, 108 Ham road, and will complete this by Paying fees at the University Hall. All students enrolling at a University for the first time must produce evidence of the University Entrance qualification. Pupils enrolled for fulltime instruction in any secondary school are not permitted to matriculate. Students for Diploma in Fine Arts without University Entrance qualification must produce birth certificate and evidence of three years’ post-primary school study. Applicants for bursaries are required to produce evidence of eliglbHity. Students Whose fees will be paid by Government Departments. other than the Education Department, must produce, on enrolment, evidence of this from the Departments concerned.
