Yonkers Offer Rejected (NJt. Press Assn. —Copyright) ADELAIDE, February 12. Cardigan Bay will not contest an international pacing series at Yonkers Raceway, New York, in May. Cardigan Bay’s owner, Mrs A. Dean, of Auckland, announced in Adelaide today that she had rejected an invitation from the Yonkers management. Connexions of the Australian champion, Idle Raider, announced yesterday they had refused an invitation from Yonkers. Both Cardigan Bay and Idle Raider are currently competing in Adelaide in heats of this year’s InterDominion Championship.
