Jury Fails To Agree
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON. Feb. 6. A new trial of Thomas Midwood, a Rotorua workman, on a charge of the manslaughter of bis wife. Annie Rr.kuhia Midwood, was ordered by Mr Justice Richmond after the Maori jury this evening failed to reach agreement after a retirement of six hours.
