The Victorian Executive Council today appointed aa inapeetor te investigate a grasp ef lira oempantes comprising TWtra Bras. Coch eolldsted, Ltd.; Testro Print Pty, Ltd.; Testro Bros. Pty, Ltd.; Saneosst Development Pty., LM4 and Surfers Paradise Land Development Corporation Pty, Ltd. The investigation will be made under Section 172 of the CotMsntoa Act. 1901. which provides that the Gevernor-in-Council may order aa inquiry if a prima facte case has been established that it is desirable for the protection of the public or shareholders er creditors. no inspector will be Mr J. B. TBtt. <LC.
