Auction Realises £4,670,000

What is believed to be the biggest and most successful auction sale ever conducted in Britain realised more than £4,870,000 when 33 lots* of freehold and leasehold commercial properties were sold recently.

Sold on behalf of the Church of England, the properties were situated in London, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Maidstone, NewcastleNottingham, Plymouth, Wigan, Portsmouth and Swansea.

The sale was conducted by the London partners of Livingstone and Jones, Lang, Wootton, of New Zealand in the ballroom of Grosvenor House, London.
