EXCHANGE OF JUDGES
Suggestion Made By American (N.2. Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 29. The possibility of ex * changes of trial court judges between the United States and New Zealand was discussed by a judge of the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois, Mr Justice W. V. Schaeffer, in a luncheon address to the Wellington District Law Society today. He said an exchange of judge* was being arranged between Britain and the United State*, and he would like to see a similar exchange between New Zeeland, Australian and American judges.
