D. TAYLOR (above) is the jib sheet hand in the Canterbury representative 14-footer Pinta which is challenging for the Senders Cup on Otago harbour this week. Pinta, with J. F. Morrison at the helm, won the cup in 1958; it is now owned by C. J. Barter, Canterbury’s delegate to the trophy conference, and being sailed by A. F. Burgess, B. Wadman and Taylor. The challenge is the first from Canterbury In five years.
