Success Of London Fashion Week
Forty-three countates have bought British fashions worth about £1,135,333 since the London Fashion Week held laet November, according to the chairman of the Fashion House Group of London (Mr Raymond Selker).
The composed of 28 companies, was formed in 1956 by leading British manufacturer* of ready-to* vresr gamnenfts. With the purpose of boosting exports it bolds two fashion shows each year in May and November.
Figures from the Mies show that a record sum of £622,882 or 56 per cent of the total was reached in sales to Europe.
