HERCULES FOR R.N.Z.A.F.
‘Considerable Study Still Required 9 (N.Z. Preu Association) WELLINGTON, January 29. The question of buying Hercules transport aircraft for the Royal New Zealand Air Force had been before Cabinet but still required considerable study, said the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) early this afternoon. Mr Holyoake said the question would be studied in toe light of the general policy for the re-equipment of the whole of the armed services.
