Commonwealth Aircraft Coipomaition Pty, Ltd, which is controlled by a multl-mil-lion pound group of companies, earned a profit of £190,280 in the year to September 30 after sales of almost £5,000,000. The latest profit equalled an earning rate of 9.1 per cent, on paid capital of £2.099,997, before the recent bonus issue.
It was after providing £117.800 for taxation and £58,556 depreciation. The result does not’include a profit of £3405 on the sale cf fixed assets. Ordinary dividend, cut from 10 to 8 per cent, required £68,000.
