January 28 A shipload of pale and seasick refugees from Cuba arrived in Miami last week on a cargo ship after a pitching. rolling voyage into 25 knot wind* and through fin *l* was the biggest single group of exiles released by Cuba and brought to more than 3400 the number of refugees who have come to the United State* since the ransoming of 1113 Cuban invasion prisoners before Christinas Mort of the refugees aboard were relatives of the invadwere kept below decks in cioee smelly hold* from the time ot boarding in Havana until after the ship reached Florida The refugees had to surrender all property before leaving except for three changes of clothing.
