No Decision To Confer

Rhodesia), January 28. Britain’s Minister flor Central African Afiairo (Mr R A. Butler) said on Saturday no arrangementoc yet had been made for a full-scale conference on the future of the Central African Federation and the Northern Rhodesian Constitution
He was speaking at a press conference in Lusaka after three-day talks with Government and Opposition party leaders.
No final decisions had been taken on the holding of a conference, he said. But informed sources in the governing African coalition parties said an agreement had been reached to hold such a conference in London in March.
