RESUSCITATION TRAINER
Presentation By Lions Club
A new type of ambumanikin for training in closed chest massage as well as mouth-to-mouth resuscitation will be prerented to the Christchurch sub-centre ot the St. John Ambulance Association this afternoon by the Christchurch Lions Club. The presentation will be made by the club president (Mr L. C. H. Suckling) to the chairman of the subcentr. medical advisory committee (Dr. W. J. Pryor). The ambumanikin, which was made in Denmark, has “breastbone." “ribs,’’ and pressure points. The “chest" contains an inflatable rubber bulb and bears an indicator to show the “pulserate."
