ROBBERY CHARGE

Young Men Remanded

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 28. Two 21-year-old workmen appeared before Mr J. R. Drummond, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Lower Hutt today on a joint charge of robbing William Hobart Wagsteff, a service station attendant.

They were Robert Denis Bustard, boilermaker, and ■Peter Stewart Brown, panelbeater.

Detective-Sergeant O. M. Mitchel] said the two were located at 2.30 a.m. on Sunday, after the identification of a car used in the robbery and at 9 a.m. that day the stolen money, about £6O. was recovered. The Magistrate remanded the two accused in custody till February 5.
