Sir Loin, a winner la hack clasa over six furlongs at Wairoa on the corresponding day last year, came from sixth at the turn to dispose of the opposition in the Wsiros Cun, principal event on the opening" day of the Walroa Racing Club's summer meeting yesterday. Sir Loin won going away from The Nob. which finished a nose in front of Fairenda. The favourite. Aqaba, travelled wide most of the way and trailed into fourth position.
