VACANCIES—FARM EMPLOYEES Married couple for HOMESTEAD OWING to the present couple retiring after 12 years of service an extremely attractive position has become available on a large homestead at Waikanae. situated 35 miles north of Wellington. The husband will be required to take complete control of the homestead garden which is laid out in lawns and concrete drives. The successful applicant must have a good all round knowledge of plants, shrubs and bedding annuals, as the prooerty includes a large and comprehensive horticultural selection. Two other employees, who are employed on the stud farm which is attached to the property, are available for seasonal assistance in the garden. The duties required of bis wife will be to carry out the position of housekeeper at the homestead for the owners who by and large are residing on the property only at weekends. A fully furnished self-contained first-class flat adjacent to the homestead is available free of charge and includes modem kitchen, electric stove, stainless steel bench, open fireplace and walk in pantry.
