Arneb Loads For Last Trip South

About 1900 tons of cargo, stores and supplies will be put aboard the United States cargo ship Ameb at Lyttelton before she sails for McMurdo Sound about next Saturday. The Ameb returned to Lyttelton yesterday morning from Wellington where she was in dry dock. A propeller, damaged in heavy ice, ’-as been replaced by a spare.
