Johnson, of Christchurch, which established a new record of 54.827 m.p.h. in the 75 cu. in. V-bottom class. BOTTOM: Moonshot, driven by J. Keig, of Ashburton, after setting a new record of 66.974 m.p.h. for B-class hydroplane outboards.
