J. Collingwood’s Fastest Time J. Colingwood returned fastest time over the course for the second heat of the innuil aeries for the Penn Trophy sailed for by seven-footers at Monck’s Bay yesterday. Collingwood was home 2min 2Bsec ahead of the next boat to finish. Dart, sailed by B. Lyon*; and 3min 38sec ahead of A. Ineson's Flee which finished third Ineson won the first heat on Saturday; Collingwood. the scratch junior skipper, was relegated to fourth place in each heat. The second Met was won, on handicap, by T. Guthrie. Results, showing handicaps and corrected time* were a* follows: First Heat—Fie* (A. Ineeoa), 3mln. 3:142. 1; Menu (C.
