FREIGHTERS LOSS
The audited accounts of Freighters, Ltd, Melbourne transport engineers, disclose a consolidated net toss ot £536,306 in the year to June 30. Laat month, in a preliminary announcement, directat* estimated the toss at about £380,000. The company's audited accounts reveal a trading toss of £303,946, including a correctKMi of an earlier overstatement of stock, to addition an amount of £232382 has been written off fcr obsolescence and tooting, bringing total toes to £536.308. The padd-up capital of the company is £1,469.915 in 5s ordinary shares. Operations have returned to a profitable basis in the cumol year, but fhe tovMis not yet considered satiatactory.
