Withdrawal Of Petition
A creditor's petition to have Bruce Hunter Paton, a solicitor. adjudged bankrupt, was withdrawn by leave of Mr Justice Macarthur in the Supreme Court yesterday. The petitioner, Brian Leonard Twiss, a cycle dealer (Mr B. M. McClelland) asked leave to withdraw the motion because the debt of £241 10s 3d had been paid. Mr McClelland said there appeared to be no other creditors.
