No Debate On Propaganda
(N.ZPA.-Reu ter—Copvrtght) NEW YORK, November 25. The United Nations General Assembly's Main Political Committee last week agreed without dissent to drop consideration of a Soviet proposal to condemn propaganda favouring preventive nuclear war and leave it instead to the forth-coming Geneva conference on disarmament to deal with the question, if it wished. The Russians themselves had suggested that the 110member committee take their item off its agenda.
