Obituary The REV. M. BEVEN
The Rev. M. Beven. a Roman Catholic priest of the Franciscan Oder from the St. Francis Monastery, Mount RoskiH, Auckland, died at Calvary Hospital in Christchurch on Saturday afternoon. Father Beven, aged 44, has been conducting a retreat for Franciscans at St. Peter's Church. Beckenham. He was born in Australia and had been in New Zealand for three years. His body has been flown to Melbourne for burial.
