Preu Assn. —Copyright) BUENOS AIRES, Nov. 18 The Canada Cup individual winner R de Vicenso. of Argentina, scored his second nine under scratch <3 yesterday to gain a commanding 12-stroke lead after 54 holes of the Argentina Masters golf tournament. De Vicenso has scored 195 for three rounds. which local authorities claim is a South American record. He shot a 32-31 on the 6356yard par-73 course and stood at 21-below-scatch with rounds of 69. 63. 63. The tournament ends today. De Vicenzo had eight birdies and one eagle in his round yesterday. Lying second, on 207. was the New Zealand professional. R. J Charles. J. Ansaldo and F. de Luca, both of Argentina, were tied for third place at 208.
