(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Nov. 18. The freestyle reject from the New Zealand Empire Games team, T. Dalton, bettered two New Zealand records at the Olympic pool. Auckland, last night. He swam 880 yards in 19min 46.65ec. a tenth of a second better than the existing record, and went on to cover 1650 yards in 18min 43.65ec (best previous time. 19min 19sec).
