Billiards Harcourt Had One Victory
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) PERTH, Nov. 18. The New Zealand player, W. Harcourt, finished seventh and last In the world billiards title which was concluded in Perth on Fiday. R. Marshall (Western Australia) won the championship for the fourth time when he beat W Jones, of India, 3623 to 2891.
Marshall and Jones tied In the qualifying rounds with five wins in six matches. Harcourt won one.
