Back To Geneva
(N.Z.PA.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, Nov. 15. Soviet Union agreed yesterday to go back to the Geneva conference table on November 26 to resume work on a treaty on general and complete disarmament, along with Britain and 14 other nations.
The decision was taken by Mr Arthur Dean, of the United States, and Mr Valerian Zorin, of Russia, cochairmen of the Disarmament Committee, after weeks of intensive discussion. The Geneva conference was adjourned in September so that United Nations members might have their say on the issue during the General Assembly session.
