OUTSIDE TV UNITS
Arrival For Royal Tour (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 14. Outside telecast units recently ordered for Christchurch and Wellington would arrive in time to cover next year’s Royal tour, said the Director-General of Broadcasting (Mr G. H. Stringer) today. The vehicle for Christchurch is expected to arrive at Wellington in the Australia Star on January 6, and will be shipped to the South Island by the Aramoana about two days later. Wellington’s unit should arrive in the Mystic on January 15. The Wellington Harbour Board’s vessel, Hikitea, may unload the vehicles.
