Acquitted Of Murder Charge

Germany), Oct. 16 Willi Dueenechoen, aged 53, the former deputy commandant of the Nazi concentration camp at Hamburg, was today acquitted of a murder charge by a jury. Dusenschoen had denied the charge of murdering a Jewish prisoner by driving him to suicide in September, 1933, with threats and maltreatment. The State Prosecutor had demanded hard labour for Mfe. The Court said in its verdict that Dueenechoen was acquitted because of lack of evidence.
