ROYAL TOUR ITINERARY Queen Will Be In Chch. On Three Days

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) LONDON, September 17. In her forthcoming visit to New Zealand, the Queen will arrive in Christchurch on Saturday, February 16, after a morning flight from Dunedin, spend Sunday, February 17, there and leave on the Monday morning for Australia by air.

The New Zealand Prime Minister <Mr Holyoake) announced tonight tihe Queen's itinerary. He said it was based on the maximum use of the Royal yacht Britannia

with visits to as many places as possible in the time available.

The Queen and thte Duke of Edinburgh will arrive at Waitangi in the morning of February 6 in the Royal yacht, and leave by air for Australia on February 18. Mr Holyoake said the itinerary would be:—

February 6.—Morning: Arrive Waitangi by Royal yacht Evening: Sadi from Waitangi for Auckland. February 7.—Morning: Arrive Auckland. February B.—Evening: Sail from Auckland for Taura nga. February 9.—Morning: Arrive Tauranga. Afternoon: Sail from Tau.ranga to Napier. February 10. —Morning: Arrive Napier. Afternoon: Sail Napier for Wellington. February 11.—Morning: Arrive Wellington. February 12.—Evening: Sadi from Wellington for Nelson.

February 13—Morning: Arrive Nelson. Visit Nelson and Blenheim, rejoin-

ing yacht at Picton. Afternoon: Sail from Picton for Dunediin. February 14.—Afternoon: Arrive Dunedin. Royal yacht sails flor Australia. February 15.—At Dunedun. February 16.—Morning: Leave Dunedin by air for Christchurch. February 17.—At Christchurch. February 18.—Morning: Leave by air for Australia. Mr Holyoake said the detailed programme would be submitted to the Queen for approval later and would then be announced.
