LEAVING F.O.L.
(N.Z. Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH. Aug. 31 Members of the Taranaki branch of the North Island Electrical Workers’ Union have endorsed a recommendation from the national executive that the union should disaffiliate from the Federation of Labour. The president of the branch (Mr C. Ward) said tonight that a big majority of the members voted in favour of the move.
