STILL AT SEA
Although the interisland steamer express made a smooth crossing to Lyttelton on Thursday night, the journey left the King of Thailand with an “at sea” feeling. “I find something ouite strange here —this Civic Theatre is rolling.” he said, when replying to the Mayoral welcome at the theatre yesterday afternoon. “I don’t think it is really rolling. It is because we have come here by that ferry.”
