OVERCROWDED BALCONIES
Appeal To Owners By Engineer
Balconies and verandas on the. route of the ceremonial drive of the King and Queen of Thailand should not be overcrowded, the City Engineer (Mr E. Somers) said yesterday. Because of co-operation on important occasions, there had not been any accidents in the past, Mr Somers said, when appealing to occupiers of premises on the route to limit the number of sightseers on balconies and verandas
