Geological Society’s Officers
The annual meeting of the Geological Society of New Zealand, held last week during the Science Congress, elected the following officers: President, Dr. R. P Suggate (Christchurch); vice-presi-dent, Mr J. Healy (Rotorua); secretary, Mr D. R. Gregg (Christchurch); treasurer, Mr Guyon Warren (Christchurch); committee, Dr. E. I. Robertson, Dr. W. A. Watters (Wellington), Mr J. A. GrantMackie (Auckland), Dr. M. Gage (Christchurch), Mr I C. McKellar (Dunedin). Mr B. W Collins remains on the committee as representative of the society on the council of the Royal Society of New Zealand, and Mr J. Brodie as past-president.
