To Represent Tait
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MELBOURNE. August 21. A London Q.C. and a junior barrister have been retained to represent Robert Peter Tait in his appeal to the Privy Council against his conviction for murder.
Tait was convicted of tha murder of the 81-year-ola mother of the vicar of Hawthorn last year. The Victorian State Public Solicitor. Mr G. A. W. Douglas, said tonight that his London agent had advised him that he had retained Mr CBagshaw, Q.C., and Mr William Howard.
