Today & Tomorrow CANTERBURY HOTEL CHEFS CULINARY ARTS EXHIBITION This year we are proud to bring you this wonderful exhibition of the fine culinary arts, with even more entries than last year In the five classes: + Hors D'oeuvres ★ Meat (including Hams) ★ Fish Dishes ★ Poultry + Sweets Trophies will be awarded to the winners of each section, and the public of Christchurch and surrounding districts will have the opportunity to see for themselves how EXCITING food can be made to look. Ail entries will be on display in the Theatrette on the Top Floor, from 12.30 today (Thursday). These exhibits will be on view again tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. Entries will be judged by Mr T. COLTMAN, GRAND HOTEL, WELLINGTON; Mr FRITZ LEVANBACH, CHEF AND CULINARY ADVISOR FROM WELLINGTON: P. L. ARCUS, CHIEF CATERING OFFICER FOR NX ARMY; Miss M. L. TILL, HEAD DIETITIAN FOR NORTH CANTER* BURY HOSPITAL BOARD. The presentation of prizes will take place at D.I.C at 3 p.m. tomorrow (Friday). There is NO ADMISSION CHARGE and it Is hoped that as many families as possible will take this opportunity of seeing this wonderful exhibition.
