Wellington College won the annual Inter-collegiate Rugby tournament In a hard-fought final at Wanganui todav. beating Nelson College. 6-3 The second spell was scoreless. Wellington's points came from a try by R. J Ronald and a nenalty goal bv J K. Heather V. R. Grey kicked a penalty goal for Nelson. In the early game between the first-day losing teams, Wanganui Collegiate defeated Christ’s College. 14-3.
