Cabinet To Meet

THE HAGUE. August 14
An emergency session of the Dutch Cabinet was called today. A spokesman at The Hague refused to confirm that the snecial meeting would discuss the paratroop landings in New Guinea, but officials indicated the entire New Guinea situation would be reviewed. The officials said the chief negotiator with Indonesia. Dr. van Roiien, had reported back to The Hague with a draft of the final agreement with Indonesia. The Cabinet would decide whether this draff was acceptable.
