He said at his Surrey home tonight: “I've received a cable from Australia giving details of the Western Australia offer, and I’m very pleased with it. Now it's up to the M.C.C., but I’m hopeful I'll get the necessary permission.” In Perth, the secretary of the Western Australia Cricket Association (Mr L.
