Ordeal Wins Again
The New Zealand mare. Ordeal, has won again in the United States, according to advice received in Christchurch yesterday. At Batavia, New York, Ordeal beat Hilltop Maxie and Sumpter Prince over r mile in the smart time of 2min 3 2-ssec. Ordeal has been invited to race in the Roosevelt International Series at Roosevelt Raceway later this month. An aged mare by Light Brigade from Arizona, Ordeal is owned by W. A. and Mrs L. M. Bradley, of Christchurch.
