BANKRUPTCY ANNULLED
Grocer Was Still A Minor Mr Justice Macarthur in the Supreme Court annulled the bankruptcy of Raymond Clarence Coburn, a grocer (Mr D H. Hicks), because Coburn was under the age of 21 when the petition was filed on January 17 His Honour also ordered that the Official Assignee retain his expenses out of Coburn’s assets.
