Canterbury’s Delegates
Five members of the Can* terbury Provincial Committee of the Women's Division of Federated Farmers will attend the conference of the Associated Countrywomen of the World to be held in Melbourne in October The five delegates are Mesdames L. C Munro (United Bays). G. V Beer (Spreydon >, E. Rountree (Hoon Hay). A Harper (Christchurch) and A G Jamieson (Kaituna). The president (Mrs J Biamires) announced that a field day organised by the Adult Education Department of the University of Canterbury would be he!'' on September 21. It would include displays of work and talks illustrating the work undertaken by the department in country areas
