Acquitted On Theft Charge
(NZ. Press Association) AUCKLAND. July 31 On the direction of Mr Justice Woodhouse, a jury in the Supreme Court at Auckland today found Maurice Julian Dunbar, aged 47. a milkbar proprietor, not guilty of the theft of a 17ft cabin cruiser on September 5. 1961. The evidence showed that Dunbar pointed out the boat, which he had borrowed, was his own. as a chattel security in a bill of sale which he signed.
