Chair Of Inorganic Chemistry
(N.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 1. A pioneer in atomic energy research in Britain. Professor J. F. Duncan, has been appointed to the newly-insti-tuted chair of inorganic and theoretical chemistry at Victoria University. Professor Duncan said he hoped both industry and Government scientific departments would co-operate with the newly instituted chair. "It is the only such chair in New Zealand and there must be many problems we may be able to help solve.”
