JAPAN BUILDS 73,200-TON OIL TANKER.—The Nissho Mara, which was launched last week at Sasebo, in southern Japan. She will be delivered to her owners, the Idemitsu Kosan Company, Ltd., early in October and will be used to carry Iranian crude oil to the company’s Tokuyama refinery. The Nissho Mara is the third tanker of this name. Her service speed will be 16 knots.
